Over our many years of designing projects for various clients we have built relationships with clients to the extent that they want us to be the ones making the decisions on the construction site. We offer this service to only the projects that we design. We will coordinate all sub-contractors, deliveries, inspections; punch lists, etc. on a preset timeline. This is great for our clients because we are able to quality control the project and make sure things are being built how we expect them to be.
